Cheers To The North Contest Terms and Conditions
  1. Eligibility:
    The Tee The North contest is open to all individuals within Canada. Participants must be over the age of 19. Employees of GolfNorth and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Requirements:
    Participants must complete the official entry form, including providing their first and last name, a valid email address, phone number, Instagram username, and submitting a response to the question “Tell us your favourite part about being a Canadian golfer”. Participants entering via the link provided at the on-course activations are exempt from the question “Tell us your favourite part about being a Canadian golfer”. Additionally, those who wish to participate who do not have / wish to provide their Instagram username may do so by filling out this exemption form. Entries must be submitted by July 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  3. Prizes:
    The selected winner(s) will receive a prize package that may include branded merchandise, golf experiences, or other items provided by participating partners. Prize details will be confirmed and communicated directly to the winner(s) once finalized.
  4. Prize Conditions:
    • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
    • Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
    • Prizes may not be used for tournament or league play.
    • Prizes are non-refundable. Standard rain check policies will apply where applicable.
  5. Winner Selection:
    The winner will be randomly selected from the entries. If a winner is selected that hasn’t completed the necessary requirements, they will be removed from the draw and a new winner will be selected.
  6. Notification of Winners:
    Winners will be notified via the email address provided by August 5, 2025. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entry. First names and last initials of the winner could be shared in the announcement on Tee The North and GolfNorth and social media platforms.
  7. Promotional Use:
    By submitting this form, you agree to let GolfNorth use your submitted responses for promotional purposes. This applies to any submissions, regardless of who is selected as the winner. Promotional use includes your image being included in emails, social media posts, ads and posters, this year or in the future.
  8. Mailing List and Privacy:
    By entering the draw, participants agree to be added to the Tee The North mailing list to receive news, updates, and promotional content. Participants may opt out of the mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Personal information collected through the entry form will not be shared with third parties.
  9. Disqualification:
    Tee The North reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be fraudulent, including but not limited to the submission of multiple entries through invalid means.
  10. General Conditions:
    Tee The North and GolfNorth are not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may prevent participation or the processing of entries. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of GolfNorth, which are final and binding in all matters related to the draw.
